Terms of Service
Version 2026-06-01
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Infragrid Exchange (the “Service”), where qualified researchers browse anonymized data bundle samples and submit requests for data. By creating an account or submitting a request you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
The Service is intended for researchers and research organizations. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Permitted use of de-identified data
- Use bundles and samples only for legitimate, lawful research purposes.
- No re-identification. You will not attempt to re-identify any individual, household, or entity, or to link bundle data to other datasets for that purpose.
- You will not resell, sublicense, or redistribute bundle data without written consent.
- You will comply with all applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
3. Bundle samples
Sample schemas and example rows are provided for evaluation only. They are synthetic or fully de-identified and do not represent real individuals. Sample availability, pricing, and contents may change.
4. Requests (RFPs)
Submitting a request does not create an obligation for Infragrid to provide data. Each request is reviewed for fit, compliance, and feasibility, and any data provision is subject to a separate data-use agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Bundles and the Service are owned by Infragrid and its licensors. Access does not transfer ownership of the underlying data or platform.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Infragrid disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
